As usual we will be lighting the candles around the church and we will be having a ‘bring & share’ lunch so do stay. It is 58 years since the cornerstone was laid and 56 since the church was consecrated. But our Christian presence in Bow Common dates back much longer – the first church was built in 1858 – so we have much to celebrate. |
