The face of East London is changing and ELBA’s 120+ members are at the heart of these changes, providing more than 14,000 volunteers every year to support over 500 organisations in the community. The most effective way that we bring in private sector support is through employee volunteering with many of our employee volunteers sharing their business skills to build the capacity of the local voluntary sector in a variety of ways.

British Association for Modern Mosaic

The British Association of Modern Mosaic (BAMM) was founded in 1999 and exists to promote, encourage and support excellence in contemporary mosaic art and to raise public awareness of modern mosaic art through exhibitions, publications, events and related educational activities. BAMM is an energetic and enthusiastic membership organisation open to all those interested in contemporary mosaic art, whether you are an artist, a collector, student or enthusiast. We are all here to celebrate this unique art.

Positive East is a leading community-based HIV Charity. By building on more than 20 years of experience in the successful delivery of services across east London boroughs, they are now even more able to provide a fully comprehensive and co-ordinated practical and emotional support for those people living with and affected by HIV in east London. Their aim is to create a safe environment for people to come and receive peer and professional support. Central to all their services is the principle of self empowerment i.e. people, where ever possible, should be independent and in control of their lives. To help maintain independence and not create dependence their services are set up to work with people to encourage them to achieve this.

The Ragged School Museum

Housed in canal-side warehouses which the great Dr Barnardo converted into the largest ragged school in London in 1877, the Ragged School Museum preserves the history of the struggle for education, social justice and equality of opportunity for the poorest children of the Victorian East End. This great local facility offers children and parents a unique glimpse of how their Victorian forbears lived and were educated.

The Good Gym

This great organisation serves the community, including ourselves, where enthusiastic young people have cleared up leaves and debris or have thoroughly cleaned the church hall, as well as keeping fit at the gym. Personal fitness and a social conscience Do go together!

Toyhouse Libraries

One of our close community partners is the Toyhouse Centre not far from the Church. You can find their details by clicking on 'LAP 6' on the home page of the mother organisation. They do vital work with parents and children, supporting and encouraging good parenting.

Pathways Trust Drop-In Clinic

We have a long relationship with this Alternative Therapy Group which runs a Drop-In Clinic in our Church Hall every Friday from 1-4.30 pm at the unbelieavable price of £7.50 ONLy per treatment!

This Textile Arts Trust has had a very close association with us since before the year 2000 and every year since then has displayed works in the church made by a huge variety and number of residents of our borough of Tower Hamlets, of every age and from ebvery background

This Zimbabwean Assemblies of God Association has been meeting in our church hall since 2004 and we have a close friendship with them as we each seek to build God's Kindon on earth through love and service.

Blue Skies

Our main day to day partnership is with the Blue Skies Project - this is in Bow and is part of RCHL (Redbrige Community Housing Ltd.) and works with people across the range of learning difficulties. We are delighted to have the 'Moving On Up' Group based in our church Hall on Mon-Fri from 8.30 am - 1 pm
